The following terms and conditions apply for all Members:

ACCEPTANCE

By using the Valet Parking Services of VALTRANS, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to any individual. All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions. Members must agree to the rules.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Membership is valid for the selected number of months on the Membership form, up to a maximum of 6 months. This will be renewable based on availability at the time of renewal.
• VALTRANS DIFC Valet Membership can only be used during VALTRANS hours of operation, which are from 7am to 9pm, Sunday through Thursday.
• Parking is for standard size vehicles only. No oversize vehicles allowed.
• The maximum permanent parking period is from 7am to 9pm.
• Your vehicle can be given for valet parking 3 times a day. Any extra visit will be charged at 25/visit.
• Each Member is responsible for advising VALTRANS of any address changes.
• Overnight Car Parkingis not allowed and no responsibility would be taken by VALTRANS for any action taken by DIFC or any damages found on the car.

MEMBERSHIP TAG

• A Membership Tag will be given to all individuals who qualify for the VALTRANS DIFC Valet Membership Program. Qualification here states Membership Forms filled, submitted, approved and payment made.
• The Membership Tag must be hanged on the rear-view mirror, facing forward. The vehicle will not be valet parked without it.
• The Membership Tag remains the property of VALTRANS.

MEMBERSHIP TAG REPLACEMENT

Take care not to lose or damage your Membership Tag. In case of loss, a new one will be replaced at a cost of Dhs. 50. Any lost or stolen Tag should be immediately reported to VALTRANS. We are not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of misuse of a lost or stolen Tag, and in case of any misuse or reuse by any individual.

LIABILITY

We assume no liability for fire, theft, or damage in any case, except through our own negligence. In no event will we assume liability for damage or injury sustained through faulty brakes or other equipment failure. We are not responsible for articles left in car, including, but not limited to Mobile Phones, Lap Top Computers, CDs, Tapes and Jewelery.

FREEZING & TRANSFERRING OF MEMBERSHIP

Freezing and transferring of membership is not allowed.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

• VALTRANS reserves the right to terminate the membership for breach of the rules, or conduct which, in VALTRANS opinion, is damaging to the character or interests of the club or offensive to other members or staff.
• A terminated Member will be required to immediately return his/her Membership Tag to VALTRANS.
• The Membership shall automatically terminate 7 (Seven) days after VALTRANS has notified the Member in writing of the termination by either mailing the notice of termination by certified or registered mail to such Member at the address indicated or hand delivering the notice of termination to the Member.

VALTRANS PRIVACY POLICY

At VALTRANS, protecting your privacy is very important to us. Hence, your contact name, information and address are not passed on to any third party other than DIFCA

Please Note:

• All interpretations of the Membership shall be at the sole discretion of VALTRANS.
• The rules contained herein are not inclusive. Amendments to the rules and regulations may be made from time to time as necessary. On all questions regarding the interpretation of the rules and regulations, the decision of VALTRANS shall be final.
• All Members shall be required to comply with and abide by any and all rules and regulations governing the VALTRANS/DIFC Valet Membership Program. Members who violate such rules and regulations shall be subject to the termination of his/her membership.
